How we write our guides
Clever Recruiting publishes practical guides for job seekers and employers, on clever-recruiting.dk and on our industry job sites such as DriverJobs.dk. This page explains how they are made.
Who writes them
The guides are written and maintained by the editorial team at Clever Recruiting, operated by CR Recruiting Group ApS (CVR 46664426), Låddenhøj 127A, st 404, 4000 Roskilde, Denmark. As a recruitment agency, we write about the questions we work with: the licences, permits, tax cards and contracts that decide whether someone can start a job, and the rules companies follow when they hire.
Sources
Every guide is built on primary sources: Danish authorities such as Færdselsstyrelsen, SIRI, Skattestyrelsen, Arbejdstilsynet, borger.dk and Lifeindenmark, the legislation itself on retsinformation.dk, and the social partners' guidance where they explain new rules or court decisions. Each guide lists its sources at the bottom, with links, so you can check them yourself.
Dates and reviews
Each guide shows when it was published, when it was last updated and when its facts were last checked against the sources. We review a guide when the rules it describes change, and at least once a year.
What the guides are not
They are general information, not legal, tax or immigration advice for your specific situation. Rules change, and individual cases differ. When a decision depends on it, check with the authority or an adviser.
Independence
Employers cannot pay to be mentioned in a guide. Where a guide explains how Clever Recruiting can help, it says so plainly, in its own section at the end.
